• A tourniquet is placed on your arm, the site is cleaned, and a small needle is used to collect blood into one or more tubes.

• The needle is removed, gentle pressure is applied, and a bandage is placed.

Drink plenty of water beforehand. Hydration makes veins easier to find. Wear loose sleeves so your arm is easy to access, and follow any fasting instructions you've been given. Let us know if you're on medications, have fainted before, or have needle anxiety.

Keep the bandage on for a few hours, avoid heavy lifting with that arm for the rest of the day, and stay hydrated. A little bruising is normal. Once your results land in your dashboard, your Superpower concierge can walk you through what they mean and what to do next.

After you join, you'll schedule your draw right from your dashboard. Choose an at-home visit or one of 2,000+ partner labs. Pick a time that works, show up (or stay home), and we handle the rest.

You can get tested at home with a mobile phlebotomist or at any of 2,000+ partner lab locations across the country. Superpower operates in 40+ U.S. states, including California, Texas, New York, and Florida.

Superpower specializes in prevention-based testing and treatments and is not intended for emergency or immediate health issues. Your annual membership is designed to complement a primary care doctor, not replace them. We're happy to help you share results with an outside provider.

Your annual lab panel takes about a week to process. We'll text you as soon as results are available in your dashboard, where every biomarker is plotted against optimal ranges, not just the lab's 'normal' ones, with plain-language explanations and an action plan.
