*Includes direct laboratory measurements and calculated health metrics. Rythm's count is per monthly kit, with separate panels for men and women. SiPhox Health's counts are per kit, and a year holds 2, 4, or 12 kits depending on the cadence you pick. Comparison based on publicly available information as of October 30, 2026.

Key takeaway:

Rythm ($79/mo) mails a compact panel each month, with results back about 2 days after the lab has your sample. SiPhox Health ($99 for the first kit) offers a choice of panels, a needle-free upper-arm device, and a cadence you set yourself. If you want more than home results on repeat, Superpower ($199/yr) goes beyond biomarker testing to be a true home for health. Its membership measures 100+ biomarkers from one blood draw and adds Superpower AI to build your protocol, plus a supplement marketplace with compounded prescriptions (like peptides) available when clinically appropriate, priced separately.

What is Rythm, and what is SiPhox Health?

Rythm calls itself the world's easiest blood test. It is a monthly subscription. A kit shows up, you collect a small sample at home, and a report follows. Results arrive within about two days of the sample reaching Rythm's own lab.

SiPhox Health also tests from home, and it promises no needles, no lab visits, and no waiting rooms. Members choose among panels, then choose how often a kit comes.

Both cut the lab visit out. The split comes down to price, speed, and how much each report covers.

What does Rythm include?

Rythm's subscription delivers a kit every 30 days, a results dashboard, the Rythm Score, a biological age that appears after your second test, and the Rythm AI Coach. A state-licensed physician signs off on results before they reach you.

Rythm's homepage shows three steps:

  1. At-Home Test — Collect a small capillary sample with the Tasso+ device.
  2. Send (Mail or get picked up) — Hand the sample to FedEx, which collects it from your home or accepts it at a drop-off.
  3. Results within 2 days — Open the app to see what the lab found.

Members can download results as a PDF or CSV, or share a link. Rythm does not prescribe, and it lists no other tests to add to a kit yet.

What does SiPhox Health include?

SiPhox's membership covers one panel from its core four. It also brings a report with insights and an action plan, supplement recommendations, the Sai assistant, and an in-app body composition scan.

The four-step process runs:

  1. Join SiPhox Health — Sign up and pick how often to test.
  2. Select your health focus — Choose longevity essentials, thyroid, hormone, or heart and metabolic.
  3. Test at home, painlessly — Use the EasyDraw kit on your upper arm.
  4. Get insights & optimize — Review the analysis and talk it over with Sai.

Coaching from a person is an extra: a $50 coaching credit pays for a video call or a written plan. SiPhox members can also swap in Ultimate 360 or add a blood count.

What biomarkers do Rythm and SiPhox Health measure in 2026?

Rythm advertises 25+ biomarkers a month, and the panel differs by sex. Per kit, SiPhox publishes 31 markers on Longevity Essentials, rising to 62 on Ultimate 360.

Both counts include calculated values. Neither list carries urinalysis, so the comparison is like for like.

Follow-up drawA new kit every month, skippable for up to 90 daysAnother kit on the cadence you set
Headline count25+ biomarkers per kitUp to 62 biomarkers per kit

SiPhox's Longevity Essentials and Ultimate 360 list more markers per kit. Rythm lists fewer, and a monthly rhythm means more readings across a year. Ultimate 360 costs $125 more than a standard SiPhox panel.

SiPhox's optional extras are:

  • Blood add-ons — A blood count at +$45, IGF-1 at +$70, or the pair at a bundled $100.
  • Swap-in panels — Ultimate 360 or a medication-monitoring panel.
  • Shop tests — Gut, allergy, cortisol, and a Prenuvo scan bundle.

Rythm says an add-on option is on its roadmap and sells none now.

What are the official 2026 membership prices for Rythm and SiPhox Health?

Rythm costs $79 per kit, billed every 30 days. SiPhox Health costs $99 for a first kit, then $124 plus $25 shipping.

Twelve Rythm kits come to $948 before shipping and tax. Skipped months are not charged, up to 90 days, and a first purchase carries a 90-day money-back guarantee with conditions.

SiPhox's year follows your cadence of 2, 4, or 12 kits. Per kit, the price is higher than Rythm's.

Both companies are HSA/FSA eligible, and neither takes insurance.

Capillary tube or upper-arm device: how each kit works

Rythm's Tasso+ collects a capillary specimen into standard tubes. The kit usually ships within 1 business day and arrives in 2 to 3, and FedEx collects the sample at no charge.

SiPhox's EasyDraw kit works from the upper arm, takes about five minutes, and includes live support during collection. The sample ships overnight in insulated packaging.

Each is self-administered, so neither needs an appointment. The difference is the body site and the tubes, not whether a lab visit is involved.

How fast do Rythm and SiPhox Health results arrive?

Rythm gives the faster clock: results within 2 days of the sample reaching its lab. That speed is helped by testing a much smaller set of biomarkers.

SiPhox says results are typically ready 7 to 10 days after the sample reaches its lab, with an email when the report is live.

Each clock starts at the lab, so shipping time comes first on both. Rythm's kit takes 2 to 3 business days to reach you, and SiPhox's 3 to 5.

Who reviews your results at Rythm and SiPhox Health?

At Rythm, a licensed physician approves each result as a release step, not a consultation. Guidance then comes from the AI Coach, which every active subscription includes.

At SiPhox, results get expert review and personalized recommendations. Sai answers questions but is not a medical doctor, and human coaching is a paid add-on.

Prescriptions separate the two as well. Rythm does not prescribe. SiPhox's Heart and Metabolic Program members get medication management through an independent provider group.

Where are Rythm and SiPhox Health tests available?

Rythm says it serves all 50 states, as long as FedEx can reach your U.S. address. It does not ship internationally.

SiPhox Health does not yet serve Hawaii or New York. It does extend to Canada.

Who is Rythm best for, and who is SiPhox Health best for?

Rythm is best for:

  • People who want a faster turnaround once the lab has the sample
  • People who want a monthly habit at a low per-kit price
  • People in New York or Hawaii, where SiPhox is unavailable

SiPhox Health is best for:

  • People who want optional blood add-ons such as IGF-1
  • People who want to set the cadence and swap panels between kits
  • People who want live support while collecting the sample

The bottom line

Rythm and SiPhox Health both take the lab visit out of testing. Rythm gives you speed and rhythm, with a small panel monthly at $79 and results within 2 days. SiPhox gives you choice, with swappable panels and a cadence you set.

Neither sells the supplements its report recommends. Rythm offers no prescriptions or add-on tests, and SiPhox's medication management covers one program.

Superpower carries on from there. Its $199 membership, in most states, is the lower figure beside Rythm's $948 across twelve monthly kits. A single draw covers 100+ biomarkers, and the marketplace adds tests and scans. Supplements run up to 20% off there, and prescriptions are available when clinically appropriate, priced separately. Superpower AI and care team support works from your results and wearable data as they come in. Superpower says 93% of members found their action plan more useful, even life-changing, than a yearly checkup.

Blood work is where a health plan starts, not where it ends. Build your home for health with Superpower today.

How does the Superpower membership work?

We test 100+ biomarkers from a single blood draw each year. Your baseline test paints a comprehensive picture of your health, and your dashboard shows what’s working, what needs attention, and what to do next. Superpower AI and your care team help you take action across lifestyle, supplements, and treatments.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime, no fees. Your membership stays active through the end of your paid year.

How often should I test?

Your membership includes two blood tests per year: one to establish your baseline, and one to see whether your plan improved biomarkers that were out of range or not yet optimized. You can add other diagnostics anytime through the app or with help from your care team.

When will I get my results?

Book your draw at any of 2,000+ partner labs or at-home. Results are typically ready in about a week and land in the Superpower app.
