Key takeaway:

Mito Health ($99/yr) gives members at-cost access to 1,000+ labs, scans, kits, and panels, each paid for separately, along with clinician-reviewed next steps and an AI concierge. If you want your testing curated and included, Superpower ($349/yr) goes beyond biomarker testing to be a true home for health. On top of 150+ lab tests across two draws, it adds direct wearable integration, plus a marketplace stocked with supplements and prescriptions. The Superpower AI turns that data into a complete action plan, health coaching, and personalized insights.

What is Superpower, and what is Mito Health?

Superpower is a single platform built to be a home for health. One yearly membership covers biomarker testing, a personalized action plan, wearable data tracking, and AI health coaching. Members also get a marketplace for supplements and add-on tests, with prescriptions available when clinically appropriate, priced separately.

Mito Health sells health testing on transparent pricing. Members pay Mito's own cost across a catalog of 1,000+ labs, scans, kits, and panels. As the company puts it, "We profit from membership, not from your tests." A clinician reviews every result before the action plan is finalized.

Each begins with lab work and finishes with an action plan. Where they split is who picks the tests, and how much of the year a single price pays for.

What does Superpower include?

Wearable and medical record integration, a personalized action plan, and AI + care team support all sit inside the $349 yearly membership, next to 150+ lab tests across two draws. A members-only marketplace for supplements and add-on tests rounds out the package.

Getting started is a simple path of seven steps:

  1. Sign up for the $349 yearly membership.
  2. Sync your wearables and bring in what you already have, such as medical records, past lab results, and AI chats.
  3. Your first draw happens at a lab, or at home for an extra $119.
  4. Results land in your dashboard as health metrics within 10 days.
  5. A first Superpower Protocol follows, laying out lifestyle changes, supplements, and other next steps.
  6. Message AI + care team support whenever a question comes up.
  7. Months later, the follow-up draw built into your membership repeats around 60 key trackable markers.

In the dashboard, you will see a digital twin: a 3D model built from your data. Medical records, wearable data, and earlier lab results begin producing insights while your first draw is still being processed.

Membership comes with two scores. The Superpower Score estimates how near you are to optimal levels across every biomarker you test, while your biological age condenses your whole body into one figure. Each follow-up draw can move either one, showing what has changed.

Nothing about that stops at the dashboard. The member marketplace is where add-on panels and scans sit, along with supplements at up to 20% off and prescriptions available when clinically appropriate, priced separately.

What does Mito Health include?

For $99 a year, or $9 a month, a Mito Health membership brings member pricing on every test, a clinician-reviewed action plan, tracking for trends and biological age, and an AI assistant called Mito Concierge. Tests are paid for on top, and anyone can order at the non-member price without joining.

Mito Health lays out a five-step process:

  1. Choose and order your tests — Pick from a marketplace of 1,000+ labs, scans, kits, and panels, each sold at cost under member pricing.
  2. Fill in your health profile — Tell Mito about your health concerns, habits, family history, and earlier lab reports.
  3. Provide your sample — Go to a partner lab, book an at-home blood draw, or use an at-home kit and send it back.
  4. Get clinician-reviewed results — Mito's clinicians go over your results and add insights to the dashboard, and members get care team support.
  5. Retest with focus — Use targeted panels to recheck what changed and what still needs follow-up.

An optional live 1:1 consult with the care team costs members $39 per 30 minutes, and non-members $99.

What biomarkers do Superpower and Mito Health measure in 2026?

Superpower's membership starts with a targeted set of 150+ lab tests across two draws. Mito Health offers four curated panels instead, spanning 118 biomarkers (Essential) to 181 (Ultra). Each panel includes the one below it and is a single draw bought on its own.

Below, Superpower sits beside Mito Core, Mito's most popular panel. Each column counts calculated values as well as direct measurements, and each includes urinalysis.

SuperpowerMito Health (Core panel)
Initial draw87 biomarkers (75 distinct and 12 calculated)137 biomarkers (122 distinct and 15 calculated)
Follow-up drawRetests ~60 markers already on the initial panel, includedTargeted panels chosen and bought separately
Headline count150+ lab tests across two draws118 to 181 biomarkers per curated panel

A single Mito panel measures more markers than Superpower's initial draw. A longer list on one draw is not the same as better testing, though — what changes your decisions is seeing the right markers move over time.

Both companies sell add-ons. Superpower's marketplace carries:

  • Advanced scans — A whole-body MRI from Prenuvo, plus VO2 max, heart calcium, and DEXA body composition and bone density.
  • Brain and cognitive health — ApoE genetic risk, amyloid plaque, and tau protein tests.
  • Specialty screening — Gut microbiome analysis and an organ age panel, plus whole genome sequencing.
  • Hormone and reproductive health — Sperm analysis, prostate screening, active testosterone, and egg reserve.
  • Toxins and nutrition — Mineral, vitamin, and organic acids panels, plus tests for environmental toxins, heavy metals, mycotoxins, and methylation.

Mito's catalog spans:

  • Curated panels — Essential, Core, Pro, and Ultra; Ultra also includes the Galleri multi-cancer test and an at-home gut health test.
  • Lab tests — Individual tests and panels at partner labs.
  • Scans and fitness tests — DEXA body composition, DEXA bone density, VO2 max, coronary artery calcium, and, in select locations, a Prenuvo whole-body MRI.
  • At-home kits — Gut microbiome analysis, H. pylori breath testing, whole-genome sequencing, and seven blood kits you collect yourself.

What are the official 2026 membership prices for Superpower and Mito Health?

Superpower costs $349 a year. Mito Health charges $99 a year on annual billing, or $9 a month, with each test priced on top.

At member pricing, the curated panels run Essential at $89.60, Core at $197.59, Pro at $323.88, and Ultra at $1,503.45, the lowest figures Mito lists. They apply at one partner lab that charges a $15 draw fee per visit; other lab providers price differently.

Superpower's $349 includes both draws. One Mito Core draw puts a year at $311.59, made up of the $197.59 panel, the $99 membership, and the $15 draw fee. For a single draw, that is the lower price. Adding an Essential panel as a second draw costs another $104.60, taking the year to $416.19.

An at-home draw on Superpower is $119, and state fees push the New York and New Jersey membership to $599 a year. Where Mito offers an at-home blood draw, it costs a flat $99 per visit. New York and New Jersey state fees are folded into each test's price rather than added as a surcharge. The fee varies by test and lifts prices by roughly 133%, which puts Core at $463.61 for members in those states.

On Superpower, anything beyond the membership, such as add-on panels, tests, and scans, is an extra charge. Each membership is HSA/FSA eligible, as are all four Mito curated panels.

Curated panels vs build-your-own testing

Superpower picks the panel and schedules the retest for you. At Mito Health, every test is your own pick, bought at cost.

Mito's catalog fits people who already know what they want tested, and Mito recommends retesting with targeted panels based on what changed. Industry coverage says Mito now looks "closer to a full preventive-health marketplace" than the longevity-testing startup it began as.

Superpower makes those choices up front, keeping the panel deliberately targeted instead of long. A focused set of markers, retested on a set schedule, says more about what is actually changing in your body than a longer one-off list does. The follow-up draw repeats around 60 of the same markers later in the year, built into the price.

Superpower vs Mito Health: artificial intelligence

Both platforms run an AI assistant tied to your own results. Superpower AI builds and revises the action plan itself, whereas Mito Concierge answers from your results and helps with follow-through and logistics.

Mito Concierge fields questions about your results, hands off to the care team by text when a clinician is needed, builds custom panels, and books lab appointments. Mito describes it as both a bot and a real person. Wearable data reaches it only by hand: members log readings, symptoms, and daily changes manually, and Mito connects them to their biomarkers.

Superpower AI writes your protocol and keeps revising it, using lab results, wearable data synced directly from Apple Health, Whoop, Oura, and more, plus your medications, medical history, and any context you add. It also coaches you between draws.

Where are Superpower and Mito Health tests available?

Superpower serves 41 states and Washington, D.C., with testing at 2,000+ partner lab locations. An at-home draw is bookable in most regions too. Superpower has not launched yet in Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, or Wyoming.

Mito's partner lab locations cover 47 states and Washington, D.C.; Hawaii, North Dakota, and Rhode Island have none. Rhode Island residents visit a lab in a neighboring state. In New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island, one lab provider serves members and the Ultra panel is unavailable. Mito's at-home blood draw service reaches 35 states, and its kits ship to all 50.

Comparing member marketplaces

Add-on tests and supplements live in a members-only marketplace. Supplements are discounted up to 20%, with prescriptions available when clinically appropriate, priced separately.

Mito Health's marketplace is its test catalog: 1,000+ labs, scans, kits, and panels at member pricing. It does not offer supplements or prescriptions yet. Member-priced supplements are listed as coming soon, and its manifesto says supplements and prescriptions are coming, priced the same way. For now, buying the supplements its action plan recommends happens somewhere else.

Who is Superpower best for, and who is Mito Health best for?

Superpower is best for:

  • People who want a curated panel and a built-in follow-up draw in one price, without choosing tests themselves.
  • People who want insights and health coaching personalized by AI from every metric they track, with wearable data synced automatically rather than logged by hand.
  • People who want supplements at member prices and prescription access as part of one membership.
  • People who want one dependable hub for tracking their health and improving it.

Mito Health is best for:

  • People who already know which tests they need and want them at cost.
  • People happy with one draw a year, at a lower yearly total than Superpower's.
  • People who want a deep catalog of labs, scans, kits, and whole-genome sequencing.
  • People who would like to book a live 1:1 consult with a care team now and then.
  • People living where Superpower has not launched, since Mito's at-home kits ship to all 50.

Mito Health vs Superpower: the bottom line

Either company starts you with real data and turns it into a plan. Mito Health's at-cost pricing is real, its catalog runs deep, and its Concierge and optional consults help you read the results. But choosing what to test, logging wearable data, and buying the supplements its plan recommends are left to you. Superpower's $349 includes two draws and the action plan; Mito's $99 membership includes the action plan, and every test is bought separately.

Superpower closes that loop inside one $349 membership. Superpower AI takes wearable data synced straight from your devices, your medical records, and 150+ lab tests across two draws, then turns everything into a protocol with coaching between draws. The marketplace holds the supplements your protocol recommends at member pricing, and prescriptions are available when clinically appropriate, priced separately. Superpower says 93% of members found their action plan more useful, even life-changing, than a yearly checkup.

How does the Superpower membership work?

We test 150+ biomarkers annually across two blood draws. Your baseline test paints a comprehensive picture of your health, and your dashboard shows what’s working, what needs attention, and what to do next. Superpower AI and your care team help you take action across lifestyle, supplements, and treatments. Then we retest to track your progress and continue refining your plan.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime, no fees. Your membership stays active through the end of your paid year.

How often should I test?

Your membership includes two blood tests per year: one to establish your baseline, and one to see whether your plan improved biomarkers that were out of range or not yet optimized. You can add other diagnostics anytime through the app or with help from your care team.

When will I get my results?

Book your draw at any of 2,000+ partner labs or at-home. Results are typically ready in about a week and land in the Superpower app.
