*Includes direct laboratory measurements and calculated health metrics. InsideTracker's count is its own published figure for one Ultimate blood test on a single draw. Mito Health's counts are per curated panel on a single draw, and each panel is bought separately. Comparison based on publicly available information as of October 30, 2026.

Key takeaway:

InsideTracker ($489/yr with one Ultimate test) turns a single blood test into healthspan scores and AI-guided habit changes. Mito Health ($99/yr plus tests) is a membership that opens an at-cost test marketplace, with a clinician reviewing each result. If you want a place to act on what the plan recommends, Superpower ($199/yr) goes beyond biomarker testing to be a true home for health. It pairs 100+ biomarkers from one draw with a marketplace for supplements and compounded prescriptions (like peptides), and Superpower AI keeps the plan current as your wearable data arrives.

What is InsideTracker, and what is Mito Health?

InsideTracker opens its homepage with the words "Track everything" and sells a plan built from your own blood data. An Ultimate blood test feeds scores across ten healthspan categories, and an AI engine turns the weak spots into habit changes.

Mito Health sells price transparency. A membership opens at-cost pricing across 1,000+ labs, scans, kits, and panels, and Mito says each test costs what it costs Mito plus the lab's ordering fee. Membership is where the company earns its revenue.

Both start with a blood draw and end with advice. They split on what you pay at the door and on who stands behind the advice, a person or software. The cleanest split is also the smallest. Mito's membership includes biological age, and at InsideTracker it costs extra.

What does InsideTracker include?

InsideTracker's $489 entry price covers a membership, one Ultimate blood test, healthspan scores, an Action Plan, and the Terra AI health guide.

The company lays out a five-step process:

  1. Join InsideTracker — Buy the Ultimate test with a membership, then choose a lab draw or a mobile draw.
  2. Tell us about you — Fill in a health profile covering what you eat, which supplements you take, how you train, and your daily habits.
  3. Review analysis — See which scores and markers sit inside or outside the optimal band, then assemble a plan from the suggested habit changes.
  4. Take action — Follow the new habits with help from ProTips and check-ins, and sync a wearable device if you own one.
  5. Retest and refine — Test again after 3 to 6 months so your habit changes show up in the scores.

Members also get Nutrition DeepDive, a Healthspan Habit Report, and a member community. The platform accepts uploaded results as well, up to 30 blood result sets a year from other providers, plus DNA files from 23andMe or Ancestry for US members.

What does Mito Health include?

Mito Health charges $99 a year, or $9 a month for membership, then prices every test separately. Members get at-cost test pricing, a clinician-reviewed plan, health records with trends and biological age, and the Mito Concierge assistant.

Mito describes a process in five steps:

  1. Choose and order your tests — Pick from the marketplace, where members pay Mito's cost for each lab test, scan, kit, or panel.
  2. Fill in your health profile — Add past lab reports, family history, lifestyle habits, and your health concerns.
  3. Provide your sample — Go to a partner lab, book an at-home blood draw, or mail back a self-collection kit.
  4. Get clinician-reviewed results — A Mito clinician reads your results before the analysis and plan are finalized, and members get care team support.
  5. Retest with focus — Order narrower panels for whatever changed or still needs a look.

A live 1:1 consult with the care team is optional and priced on its own, at $39 for 30 minutes for members and $99 without a membership. Supplements and prescriptions are not on sale yet, although Mito's manifesto says both are planned.

What biomarkers do InsideTracker and Mito Health measure in 2026?

InsideTracker headlines up to 54 biomarkers on its Ultimate test. Mito Health instead offers four curated panels, with counts rising from Essential (117) through Core (139) and Pro (167) to Ultra (182).

The table sets InsideTracker's Ultimate test beside Mito Core, the panel Mito calls its most popular.

InsideTrackerMito Health (Core panel)
Initial draw46 biomarkers (44 distinct and 2 calculated)138 biomarkers (122 distinct and 16 calculated)
Follow-up drawNext Ultimate test, $340 at the member priceTargeted panels chosen and bought separately
Headline countUp to 54 biomarkers per Ultimate test117 to 182 biomarkers per curated panel

InsideTracker's 46 comes from its Ultimate Panel list, which names fewer markers than the store headline, and no brand page reconciles the two. That list carries no urinalysis, while Mito's Core count includes 27 urinalysis items. Core still lists more markers once urinalysis is set aside.

InsideTracker's add-ons are:

  • Healthspan Category Tests — Single-category panels at $99 to $149 each, sold to members only.
  • Hormones — An estradiol and progesterone add-on for $89.
  • DNA — A cheek-swab kit for $249 that reports up to 38 wellness traits, US only.

Mito's catalog reaches further:

  • Curated panels — Essential, Core, Pro, and Ultra, with Ultra adding Galleri multi-cancer screening and a gut test you collect at home.
  • Imaging and fitness — DEXA body composition and bone density, a coronary artery calcium scan, a VO2 max test, and Prenuvo MRI in select locations.
  • At-home kits — Self-collection blood kits, whole-genome sequencing, gut microbiome analysis, and H. pylori breath testing.

What are the official 2026 membership prices for InsideTracker and Mito Health?

A new InsideTracker membership with one Ultimate test costs $489, and Mito Health costs $99 a year with every test priced on top.

After year one, InsideTracker's $149 renewal plus a $340 member-priced Ultimate test totals $489 again. A new membership bundled with two tests costs $761, and with four, $1,305.

Curated-panel member prices start at $89.60 for Essential and run to $1,503.45 for Ultra, with Core at $197.59 and Pro at $323.88 between them. The lab tied to those prices adds a $15 draw fee per visit. Pairing the $99 membership with a Core panel and one draw fee gives a $311.59 year. A second draw on Essential costs $104.60 more, which makes $416.19.

On a single test each, Mito's year costs less than InsideTracker's, and even with the second draw it stays below InsideTracker's $489 for one test. Both memberships are HSA/FSA eligible, InsideTracker through Truemed and Mito through Flex.

Biological age: an add-on at InsideTracker, included at Mito Health

Mito Health includes biological age tracking in its membership, while InsideTracker sells its InnerAge calculation separately.

InsideTracker adds InnerAge to an Ultimate plan for $99, or sells it with a blood test as its own $249 plan. It reads 17 biomarkers for men and 13 for women, and category tests cannot run it.

Mito's member dashboard carries biological age beside trends and health records. The dashboard also includes a shareable biological age card. If one number tracked across years is your reason to test, the InsideTracker bill rises by the cost of the add-on.

Software guidance or clinician review

InsideTracker answers with software, and Mito Health puts a clinician between your results and your plan.

InsideTracker's AI engine proposes habit changes for every suboptimal marker, and Terra answers questions in conversation. The company states that the platform is not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional. Results arrive within 7 business days.

At Mito, a clinician reviews every result before analysis and plan are final. Mito Concierge fields questions about your data and hands clinical ones to the care team by text. From the lab visit, results usually take 7 to 10 days, and the care team's review comes roughly two weeks after the first results.

Where are InsideTracker and Mito Health tests available?

InsideTracker draws at partner labs across the US. Mito Health lists partner labs in 47 states and Washington, D.C.

InsideTracker's mobile draw adds $119 and is required in New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Arizona, and Hawaii, unless you test at a lab in another state. Canadian members use the mobile draw too.

Mito has no lab locations in Hawaii, North Dakota, or Rhode Island. In New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island one lab provider serves members and Ultra is not sold. In New York and New Jersey, state fees built into each test's price add roughly 133%, so Core costs $463.61 there. Mito's at-home blood draw is $99 flat and reaches 35 states, and its kits ship nationwide.

Who is InsideTracker best for, and who is Mito Health best for?

InsideTracker is best for:

  • People who want one annual price with the test inside it.
  • People who like habit recommendations tied to nutrition, training, and supplements.
  • People who want to sync Apple Health, Oura Ring, Fitbit, or Garmin data.

Mito Health is best for:

  • People who have chosen their tests and want Mito's at-cost member price.
  • People who want a clinician to read every result.
  • People who prefer a lower membership fee and a single draw a year.

The bottom line

InsideTracker fits someone happy with one test and a software-written plan, and its strength is a structure built around ten healthspan categories. Mito Health fits someone who wants to choose each test and have a clinician read the results, and its strength is at-cost pricing across a very large catalog.

Neither sells what its plan recommends. InsideTracker says it is not a supplement brand and does not prescribe, and Mito lists supplements and prescriptions as planned.

At $199 a year in most states, Superpower costs the least of the three, next to InsideTracker's $489 single-test year and Mito's $311.59 one-panel year. Superpower AI combines 100+ biomarkers from one draw with your wearables and medical records, then drafts your Superpower Protocol, with AI and care team support on hand as you follow it. Supplements the protocol calls for sit in the marketplace at up to 20% off, with prescriptions available when clinically appropriate, priced separately. Superpower says 93% of members found their action plan more useful, even life-changing, than a yearly checkup.

Blood work is where a health plan starts, not where it ends. Build your home for health with Superpower today.

How does the Superpower membership work?

We test 100+ biomarkers from a single blood draw each year. Your baseline test paints a comprehensive picture of your health, and your dashboard shows what’s working, what needs attention, and what to do next. Superpower AI and your care team help you take action across lifestyle, supplements, and treatments.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime, no fees. Your membership stays active through the end of your paid year.

How often should I test?

Your membership includes two blood tests per year: one to establish your baseline, and one to see whether your plan improved biomarkers that were out of range or not yet optimized. You can add other diagnostics anytime through the app or with help from your care team.

When will I get my results?

Book your draw at any of 2,000+ partner labs or at-home. Results are typically ready in about a week and land in the Superpower app.
