*Includes direct laboratory measurements and calculated health metrics. Mito Health's range spans four curated panels, each a single draw bought separately. SiPhox Health's counts are per kit, and a year holds 2, 4, or 12 kits depending on the cadence you pick. Comparison based on publicly available information as of October 30, 2026.

Key takeaway:

Mito Health ($99/yr) is a membership that sells lab tests, scans, and kits at its own cost, with a clinician-reviewed action plan on top. SiPhox Health ($99 for the first kit) mails a needle-free collection device to your door and returns results with insights and an AI assistant. If you want more than a test you order or a kit you mail back, Superpower ($199/yr) goes beyond biomarker testing to be a true home for health. It covers 100+ biomarkers in one draw, a plan from Superpower AI, and a supplement marketplace, with compounded prescriptions (like peptides) available when clinically appropriate, priced separately.

What is Mito Health, and what is SiPhox Health?

Mito Health is a membership organized around transparent lab pricing. Members buy from a catalog of 1,000+ labs, scans, kits, and panels. Mito says each test is priced at its own cost, plus the lab's ordering fees. A clinician reviews the results and an action plan follows.

SiPhox Health sells at-home blood testing with a plain pitch: no needles, no lab visits, and no waiting rooms. Each kit comes with a report, supplement and lifestyle recommendations, and an AI assistant named Sai.

Both promise a plan after the results. They split earlier, on who picks the tests and where the blood gets drawn.

What does Mito Health include?

A Mito membership costs $99 a year, or $9 a month, and unlocks member pricing, longitudinal tracking, biological age, Mito Concierge, and a clinician-reviewed action plan. Tests are never part of the fee.

Mito describes its model in five steps:

  1. Choose and order your tests — Pick from panels, labs, scans, and kits, all at member pricing.
  2. Fill in your health profile — Add your concerns, habits, family history, and earlier lab reports.
  3. Provide your sample — Go to a partner lab, book an at-home draw, or mail back a kit.
  4. Get clinician-reviewed results — Insights land in your dashboard, with care team support for members.
  5. Retest with focus — Pick the next targeted panel based on what changed.

Live 1:1 consults are optional and priced per 30 minutes: $39 for members and $99 for everyone else. Supplements and prescriptions appear in Mito's manifesto as coming soon, not yet for sale.

What does SiPhox Health include?

SiPhox membership bundles a panel you choose, a health report with an action plan, supplement recommendations, Sai, and unlimited uploads of outside lab results. Four panels cost nothing extra to swap between, while Ultimate 360 is a paid upgrade.

SiPhox lays out four steps:

  1. Join SiPhox Health — Sign up and decide how often to test: monthly, quarterly, or every 6 months.
  2. Select your health focus — Pick longevity essentials or a hormone, thyroid, or heart and metabolic panel.
  3. Test at home, painlessly — Collect a small sample from your upper arm with the EasyDraw kit.
  4. Get insights & optimize — Read your results, recommendations, and action plan, then chat with Sai.

Coaching is a separate purchase: one coaching credit costs $50, redeemable for a video call or a written plan.

What biomarkers do Mito Health and SiPhox Health measure in 2026?

Mito sells four curated panels: Essential lists 117 biomarkers, Core 139, Pro 167, and Ultra 182. SiPhox publishes 31 on Longevity Essentials and 62 on Ultimate 360, one kit at a time.

The table sets Mito's Core panel, its most popular, against SiPhox's largest kit. Both counts include calculated values, but only Mito's carries urinalysis (27 items).

Headline count117 to 182 biomarkers per curated panelUp to 62 biomarkers per kit

Mito's Core panel is the larger single test. Ultimate 360 costs $125 more than the standard SiPhox panels, which hold 31 or fewer.

Mito's catalog spans:

  • Panels and labs — Four curated panels, with Galleri and an at-home gut test on Ultra.
  • Scans and fitness — DEXA, coronary artery calcium, and VO2 max tests, plus a Prenuvo whole-body MRI.
  • At-home kits — Seven self-collection blood kits, gut microbiome analysis, and whole-genome sequencing.

SiPhox's paid extras are narrower:

  • Blood add-ons — A complete blood count for $45, IGF-1 for $70, or both for $100.
  • Swap-in panels — Ultimate 360 at +$125 and a medication-monitoring panel at +$75.
  • Shop tests — Gut, allergy, stress and sleep cortisol, and a kidney, liver, and Lp(a) panel.

What are the official 2026 membership prices for Mito Health and SiPhox Health?

Mito Health costs $99 a year before any test. SiPhox Health charges $99 for a first kit and $124 plus $25 shipping for each renewal.

Mito's lowest listed member prices, at its partner lab, run $89.60 for Essential, $197.59 for Core, $323.88 for Pro, and $1,503.45 for Ultra. One Core draw at that lab's member pricing, plus the $99 membership and a $15 draw fee, comes to $311.59 for the year.

SiPhox's price depends on cadence. A twice-yearly rhythm means the $99 first kit and one $124 renewal plus shipping. Monthly testing means 12 kits a year: the $99 first kit, then 11 renewals at $124 plus $25 shipping.

New York and New Jersey members pay about 133% more on Mito tests, because state fees are built into each price. Both companies accept HSA/FSA payment.

Lab draw or at-home kit: how each one collects your blood

Mito Health's lab panels use a venous draw: a partner lab visit, or an at-home phlebotomist visit for a flat $99 in 35 states. The lab fee is $9.50 to $15 and applies to the visit, not each test.

SiPhox Health skips the visit. The EasyDraw device takes about five minutes at home, with live support. The sample ships to a CLIA-certified lab the same day.

Mito's fee rewards bundling panels into one appointment. SiPhox has no appointment to bundle, so cadence decides the cost.

How often can you retest with Mito Health and SiPhox Health?

SiPhox Health sets the rhythm in the membership itself. You choose monthly, quarterly, or every 6 months, which makes a year 12, 4, or 2 kits, and you can swap the panel between kits.

Mito Health has no cadence. Each retest is a fresh order, and the membership only discounts it. Its last step is retesting with focus: pick a targeted panel after reading what changed.

The trade is predictability against choice: SiPhox repeats a known panel on a schedule you set once. Mito lets you buy a different test each time.

Who reviews your results, and who coaches you afterward?

At Mito Health, a clinician reviews every result before your plan is final. Mito Concierge answers members' questions in chat and hands off to the care team by text when a clinical call is needed. Results typically arrive 7 to 10 days after the lab visit.

At SiPhox Health, results reach you 7 to 10 days after the sample arrives at the lab. SiPhox describes an expert review and writes that Sai is not a medical doctor. Human coaching is a paid extra.

Wearables split them too. SiPhox says it connects over 300 devices. Mito members log wearable data by hand and Mito connects it to their biomarkers.

Where are Mito Health and SiPhox Health tests available?

Mito's partner labs sit in 47 states and Washington, D.C. Hawaii, North Dakota, and Rhode Island have none. At-home kits ship to all 50 states, and Ultra is not sold in New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island.

SiPhox Health says it does not yet serve Hawaii and New York. Elsewhere the kit comes to you, and service extends to Canada.

Who is Mito Health best for, and who is SiPhox Health best for?

Mito Health is best for:

  • People who know their test list and prefer paying at cost
  • People who want scans, kits, and lab panels in one catalog
  • People who want a clinician to review every result, with an optional live consult

SiPhox Health is best for:

  • People who will not sit for a draw and want collection at home
  • People who want a known panel repeated monthly, quarterly, or every 6 months
  • People who want wearable connections and an AI assistant in the dashboard

The bottom line

Mito Health and SiPhox Health answer different questions. Mito gives you a catalog, at-cost prices, and clinician-reviewed results, while you decide what to order. SiPhox gives you a kit and a rhythm, with painless collection at home and a panel that repeats without a lab visit.

Their plans stop at the same edge. Both reports recommend supplements, yet Mito lists supplements and prescriptions as planned, and SiPhox's shop sells tests, a scan bundle, and coaching. Buying what the plan calls for happens somewhere else.

Superpower sets a marketplace for that step beside the plan. For $199 a year in most states, less than the $311.59 a Mito year with one Core panel costs, it measures 100+ biomarkers in one draw. Its marketplace sells supplements at up to 20% off, which neither Mito's membership nor SiPhox's shop does today. Prescriptions are available there when clinically appropriate, priced separately. Superpower AI turns your results and wearable data into a Superpower Protocol, with AI and care team support after it. Superpower says 93% of members found their action plan more useful, even life-changing, than a yearly checkup.

Blood work is where a health plan starts, not where it ends. Build your home for health with Superpower today.

How does the Superpower membership work?

We test 100+ biomarkers from a single blood draw each year. Your baseline test paints a comprehensive picture of your health, and your dashboard shows what’s working, what needs attention, and what to do next. Superpower AI and your care team help you take action across lifestyle, supplements, and treatments.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime, no fees. Your membership stays active through the end of your paid year.

How often should I test?

Your membership includes two blood tests per year: one to establish your baseline, and one to see whether your plan improved biomarkers that were out of range or not yet optimized. You can add other diagnostics anytime through the app or with help from your care team.

When will I get my results?

Book your draw at any of 2,000+ partner labs or at-home. Results are typically ready in about a week and land in the Superpower app.
