LUKAS
Age: 28
Profession: Marketing Business Owner
Lukas’ health journey in one word: “Uneventful”
Lukas’ Superpower: “Serving others”

Lukas is the kind of person many 20-somethings aspire to be.
He’s healthy. He’s energetic. He runs a growing marketing business. He’s engaged, with a wedding just months away. And he’s planning for the future. Not just professionally, but personally.
His health story, by his own definition, has been uneventful. And he wants to keep it that way.
“I’ve been very blessed to have really minimal health issues,” Lukas said. “And I don’t take that for granted.
Lukas moved from Germany to the United States when he was 16. He grew up with access to strong healthcare systems, and as he’s gotten older, he’s become increasingly aware of how quickly that sense of stability can change. “As I get closer to 30, I have more friends who haven’t been as fortunate,” he said. “I recognize that uneventful is a very positive thing.”
But a few years ago, something small caught his attention. “When I was about 24, I started noticing my health changing,” Lukas said. “And I thought, ‘I’m too young for this.’” That was the first time he felt a shift. “I realized I’m not invincible,” he said. “Things can change.”
That awareness sharpened as his life became more intertwined with others. “My primary motivation to prioritize my health is the fact that I’m engaged,” Lukas said. “I’m getting married in about four and a half months, and I realized my health has an impact beyond just me.”
He runs a business with employees who rely on him. His fiancée relies on him. One day, his future family will too.
“If I’m not healthy, those people can’t rely on me,” he said. “That’s been at the forefront of my mind.”
That mindset is what led him to Superpower.

Discovering Superpower
Lukas first came across Superpower through social media. Over the next few months, he did what he does best: research. “Over probably a span of two to three months, I did my own research of competitors and alternatives,” he said.
What ultimately convinced him wasn’t just the testing, it was what came after. “I realized Superpower was the best fit,” Lukas said. “Not just because of what they test for, but because of the action plan paired with the results.”
Once he signed up, the process felt seamless. “I remember thinking, I can’t wait to get that email saying the results are ready,” he said.
The results: A few surprises
When that email came in, Lukas was struck by how comprehensive his results were. Thankfully, most of his labs landed in the normal range, but a few didn’t.
“There were some cholesterol levels that were higher than I would have liked them to be. But this is why I did this,” he told us. “To have this insight and know what I need to do to improve it.”
And he didn’t hesitate to act. “I went ahead and got the supplements that Superpower recommended.” He adjusted other supplements he was taking, paid closer attention to nutrition, and focused on one of the biggest contributors to his biomarkers: stress.
“I’ve become more protective over my time,” Lukas said. “A lot of my stress is client-related, and having better boundaries has made a big difference.”
Two months in, he’s already noticed changes. “I feel better paying attention to what I eat and when I eat,” he said. Even his sweet tooth has shifted. “There are times where I drink something and think, ‘I used to like this, but it’s just way too sweet now,’” Lukas said.
Choosing to stay ahead
Despite starting from a strong baseline, Lukas is committed to continuing. “I do want to continue using Superpower,” he said. “I want it to be more than just an annual thing where you think about it for a couple days and forget about it.”
For Lukas, proactive health isn’t about reacting to a problem or chasing perfection. It’s about consistency, and building systems that allow him to show up fully, even as life becomes more demanding.
His career is growing. His wedding is approaching. A future family is on the horizon. Each new chapter brings more responsibility, and more people who depend on him.

Taking care of his health is how he prepares for that responsibility. By choosing to stay ahead, while his health story is still uneventful, he’s protecting what matters most, and making sure he can keep showing up, again and again, for whatever comes next.
My greatest superpower,” Lukas said, “is that I have the ability to serve and love those that are surrounding me.”
And for Lukas, taking care of his health is how he makes sure he can keep doing exactly that.
