If I had had Superpower before, I would have had access to fertility testing through you guys, and no one would have put that barrier up for me.

I was eating cleaner than I’d ever eaten but was having these symptoms. I didn’t feel good in my body anymore… I kind of felt like I got to the end of my rope.

It took me over an hour to fall asleep. Now, I fall asleep usually within minutes. To me, it’s a dream that never existed.

If I had had Superpower before, I would have had access to fertility testing through you guys, and no one would have put that barrier up for me.

It turns out I had Hashimoto’s. I was shocked… And at the same time, I felt really validated because I knew that I wasn’t crazy.

Last year, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and it took me by surprise. After that, I was more inspired to take a proactive point of view when it comes to my health.

You go through life thinking you're gonna be healthy. Until you're not. And when you're not, it hits you like a brick wall. I was in a dark place... Now, I feel good, for the first time in a long time.

Before Superpower, I was uninformed and sort of attacking my health aimlessly. After, I am attacking my health so much more intentionally.

15 years of service, four tours overseas. That exposed me to things most people aren’t… That’s created health issues that led me to really understand what’s going on in my body.

Superpower gave me a game plan. And honestly, I felt better last month than I felt in years.

I asked my doctor for testing. They told me to start trying to conceive and if we can't get pregnant in six months to come back. That seems backwards to me.

As a firefighter, recovery is everything. Superpower showed me my testosterone had dropped, likely driven by low vitamin D. Once I got on the right supplementation, my energy came back, my lifts got stronger... It was one simple change.

My white blood cell count was very low. At first, my doctors were worried about leukemia... Thankfully, that wasn’t the case. But no one could tell me what was actually causing it. Superpower was the first place that connected my lifestyle to my labs.

Before Superpower, I felt like my health was generally good because I was disciplined about training, sleep, and nutrition. Seeing my biomarkers for the first time was eye-opening. Some results surprised me, but they also made sense once I understood them. It helped explain patterns I'd noticed in my training and recovery. What changed most wasn't just what I took or adjusted — it was how I thought. I became more intentional, more patient, and more focused on long-term health rather than short-term optimization. With clearer priorities, I noticed better energy, improved focus, and more consistent workouts. I've always believed that health is wealth and that your body is your most valuable piece of real estate.

I've ordered labs with other companies in the past. Very health conscious. 10+ years of avg 5 days a week in the gym, pharmacology knowledge, etc. Superpower displays everything in a digestible fashion and asks all the right things to tailor outputs properly. Told my co-founder to sign up just so we can get inspiration from the intricacies/detail. Great platform and actually ideal ranges across all biomarkers. Set up perfectly to be the all in one health platform.

I'm sharing this because I'm genuinely blown away by what this company is doing with AI. I've spent several hours using it to understand my health concerns, and the experience has been incredible. The results include around 100 biomarkers. I also opted for the biological age analysis — mine came back 5-7 years younger than my actual age. Once the lab results come in, the AI breaks everything down in a way that's detailed yet easy to understand. Instead of waiting months to see an endocrinologist, you can immediately start asking questions. I spent 3 hours talking with the AI and really understanding my situation. This is what 21st-century healthcare looks like.

Superpower was the mirror shown to my face. You are right. You are not as healthy as you thought. You can’t bank on being young anymore.

I took time to review the Superpower information, used the AI tool to better understand my results, and committed to following the action plan consistently. Since starting, I have felt an increase in energy and a noticeable improvement in my sleep, which has had a positive impact on my overall focus and well being. I am also more aware of how small, intentional adjustments can make a difference over time.

I've learned that to optimize my health I must face it with the facts that Superpower grounded me with, like my test results. I was surprised that I have high iron levels and appreciate Superpower drawing attention to that. I've since switched to a primarily vegetarian diet and am taking the supplements recommended by Superpower.

Before superpower, I felt amazing and turned my health around in 2018. I've been a gym rat since 2006. I thought I was healthy due to being muscular and having a 6-pack. I got my first blood work done ever in 2018. Despite looking jacked, I was slowly dying inside. High triglycerides, pre-diabetes, hypertension, very low vitamin D, getting sick literally every 2-3 months (major inflammation from eating all the time, eating the wrong foods, etc.), cold sores every 3 months, etc. I was super stressed and confused from the results, and coincidentally, my boss introduced me to What the Health, which changed my paradigm with food. I went vegan for 6 months, felt great, then saw a video on fasting, tried that, and since 2018 until now, I have fasted at least 3-4 days a week, staying mainly OMAD. Now at 38, my doctor says she's never seen blood work this good, and I feel better now vs. at 18. The blood work didn't surprise me, but it helped me integrate the data, and now I've made some changes, like bringing my vitamin D down. I rarely get sick now; if I do, it's 1-2 days, and no more cold sores.

I've been dealing with skin issues for a few years now. Mainly acne, but also inflammation and dryness. I'm only 19, so it's been frustrating trying to figure out what's actually causing it. I've always taken a pretty holistic approach to my health. I've done blood work and even a GI Map before because I just knew something deeper was going on. Traditional doctors would tell me certain things have nothing to do with skin, even though it's literally your largest organ. Seeing my results for the first time was actually exciting. I was really curious about markers such as vitamin D. It came back at 45 ng in August, which is solid, but I know in the functional world people usually aim higher. But when I noticed a drop to 39 in the winter was a little concerning. On the flip side, seeing my testosterone high felt great. I train a lot, lift, run, do BJJ and climb, so it felt validating to see that my labs reflected how seriously I take my health. Some things surprised me too, like low ferritin and LDL/ApoB. The biggest shift for me isn't that my skin is magically fixed. It's more so that I feel more analytical and less emotional about it. I finally have real data instead of just guessing. I feel more in control and less reactive even if I don't fully agree with every recommendation.

I was surprised to see my iron levels low. I would never have known this was an issue without Superpower.

Was curious to see how my overall blood health was doing from a more comprehensive perspective. Felt relieved that most of my results came back positive and was pleasantly surprised with how well the UI works on the superpower website. Have been taking my health more seriously and more dedicated to improving my markers since joining.

I had just graduated college, and being an athlete health was always important but I never took serious steps except exercise and diet. I felt great after seeing my results because it felt like I was in a good spot but definitely room to optimize. I was surprised to see my cholesterol high and some other factors. I have dialed in my supplements and focused a lot on sleep and consistent exercise, also reduced the amount of alcohol I drink since getting my results.

Before Superpower, I thought I was healthy. At least until I got hospitalized after bleeding out at the airport. That experience taught me that true health is preventative. I discovered some shocking results. As a marathon runner, I learned I actually have low Vitamin D — despite going out in the sun daily. I also felt elated seeing my biological age: 12.6. But it's more than just the numbers — it's feeling relief that I have complete visibility over my health, so I don't get caught off guard again. Also the concierge is super helpful when I'm asking questions and planning my workouts/meals, especially with medication I'm taking (Vyvanse).

I felt disconnected like something was off and I wanted to go deeper. I was really alarmed after seeing results. I work out 7 days/week, eat healthy, live a wellness focused life, truly without overdoing it, but my bloodwork showed otherwise. New environment showed deep dehydration and some hormonal dysfunction.

Before signing up with Superpower, I felt my health was good for a guy entering his 7th decade of life. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my biological age is about 11-12 years younger than my chronological age. From standard run-of-the-mill labs, I knew that my lipids were a bit over the mark. What I never got from my doctor was the status of my ApoB. This gives me some direction and motivation to lower LDL and increase HDL. Overall I am very pleased with Superpower and I look forward to testing again because their labs are comprehensive and that gives me a level of confidence I never had with my PCP.

Before Superpower, I often felt like I wasn't being fully heard by my doctors despite many visits and ongoing discomfort. When I saw my results for the first time, I felt validated. I was especially surprised to learn that I needed more hydration. Since joining, I've noticed meaningful changes — I have more energy, fewer headaches, and less sinus discomfort. Overall, I feel more in tune with my body and more confident advocating for my health.

I am grateful to have such an easy and accessible way to stay on top of my health. I appreciate the efficiency and a prompt response to any questions and concerns I had during the process of getting the labs completed.

Before Superpower, I felt so discouraged with my health. It felt like my doctors were just doing the same things over and over and I wasn't getting any answers. Superpower dove deeper, and I really got to see what was going on in my body. I sobbed after getting my results because I finally felt like I understood what was going on. It confirmed my belief that something was wrong in my body. My favorite part of Superpower is the action plan because not only did it say what the issue was, it also gave me a plan to get better. Since joining, I have taken steps to calm my whole body inflammation, and I feel more motivated to work on my level of fitness.

Before becoming a superpower member, I was curious about my overall health and if I had any deficiencies despite trying hard to eat a clean diet. I was 5 months postpartum when I joined. I wanted to make sure I am healthy for my new baby. After seeing the results, I was pleased to see a lot of markers in a good range. I was encouraged to add a few different supplements and do more testing. I have since encouraged my husband to do a superpower lab panel.

I had gone to the conventional doctor and got blood work but then didn't know how to read any of the results and that was really frustrating because the doctors don't really give you the time of day. With Superpower they actually explain what the numbers mean and what you can do to fix them! I was happy to see my numbers were better than I had expected but then there were a few I would have never thought about that needed looking at. With this information I was able to eliminate things in my diet that were making it worse. I have since stopped drinking as much and started to really focus in on what I am putting into my body. It feels nice to know I am on the right track and that I can fix most things with preventative care.

Before joining Superpower, I actually felt pretty good overall — but I realized I was flying a bit blind. I hadn't had comprehensive blood panels done in years, and before making real changes to my habits or experimenting with peptides, I wanted a true baseline of where my health actually stood. Seeing my results for the first time was eye-opening. There were a few markers that confirmed I was on the right track, but also some surprises. What stood out most was how actionable everything felt. Overall, Superpower helped me shift from 'I feel fine' to 'I actually know where I stand,' which has been incredibly empowering.

I had an OBGYN fail to order appropriate labs for anemia with no follow-up. I was so sick for a year and half and didn't know why. I ordered labs on Superpower and found out my ferritin was 5 and I was severely anemic. I was able to get iron infusions and feeling much better.

Never been a big fan of testing, opting to shoot from the hip first. As someone overweight there were markers that were expected (elevated lipid markers, glucose imbalances) but what surprised me was my very low iron level which may have been a result of being on TRT and Retatrutide. This helped me organize my health plan more effectively.

I felt a lot of fatigue and joint pain before Superpower.

Having been on a journey to better health for about 3 years, I wanted to take it to the next level by looking at my bloodwork. Some numbers were great, but my cholesterol needs significant improvement. I want healthy vessels and blood, and I want to prevent chronic disease over the long term. My future bloodwork motivates me on my eating, exercise and commitment to the recommended supplements.

I didn't feel sick but also not myself and certainly felt on the decline. I had spoken to my ob/gyn about GLP-1 microdosing for longevity and he wasn't a fan. He basically told me I needed to embrace aging. When I received my results I was pleasantly surprised with the overall report and happy to see my suspected hormone imbalance confirmed in black and white. Sadly, he was offended that I had sought additional information and refused to have meaningful conversation about treatment. There's something about taking ownership of the test and the results that is empowering to me.

I'd been feeling tired and unfocused for a while, sensing something wasn't right. After joining SuperPower, I discovered my triglycerides were at 544 mg/dl and my cholesterol was double the 'healthy' limit. My doctor confirmed a diagnosis of Metabolic Syndrome, and I immediately began a new regimen. By combining medication with significant lifestyle changes — including several key recommendations from SuperPower AI — I've completely shifted my trajectory.

As I get older it is important to me that I understand how I can best lead a long, healthful life. I am fairly active and love to research the latest and greatest of the best vitamins, food, exercise and sleep trends to help with my longevity. It was such a mystery trying to put it all together. Then I started to lose my hair... in clumps. Nothing changed, nothing new, just a life event that I could not figure out what triggered it. Then my husband and I found Superpower. It gave me the results I needed in a clear and concise format. Needless to say, I am back on track, feeling great, not losing hair and feeling confident that I am doing the best I can.

I was looking for an affordable opportunity for families with neurodiverse children and adults to access more complete labwork as baselines. I needed to invest time in your process to understand your program. My hope is that families will use this for additional understanding to help their children and adults in addition to their own health journey.

I was feeling a bit down before to be honest. I've been having digestive issues for over a year that my doctors said were likely due to a viral illness. My HRV on my Oura ring had been consistently down and most days I felt pretty mediocre at best. Superpower highlighted issues in my bloodwork related to my Gilbert's Syndrome. My doctors never really had the time to explain it. Superpower gave me some great data and then followed up with a solid plan to move forward.

I've been struggling with a lack of endurance for the past year. Last summer, I tried a different company that offered personalized health optimization, but their recommendations were vague and unhelpful. Superpower provided me with specific steps to take and detailed information about my strengths and areas for improvement. My endurance is steadily improving. As a bonus, several biomarkers that were previously out of range have moved to normal, and even some that were normal have moved to optimal.

I knew my drinking was a problem. I knew I was gaining weight. And I knew I felt tired and sluggish. Super Power gave me real data to see exactly what was out of whack and pointed to specific things like drinking that were causes. Equipped with that data, I was able to give up drinking. Since starting Super Power, my energy is way up and I have lost almost 20 pounds.

I had very bad fatigue and I felt constantly tired. Because I'm a mom of 2 young boys I just accepted this must be life. Then my hair dresser told me I should get my hormones checked because my hair was thinning. This led me to Superpower since I don't have insurance. After testing I got a very detailed report that shows I have low ferritin which is linked to fatigue and hair not growing. I started taking supplements and my energy levels are higher and new hair growth is happening! Wish I did this sooner!

I started Superpower because I was having a lot of stomach issues and my brother in law saw an ad and thought I might like it. I did the fecal test on a whim. I didn't realize how much my gut was affecting the rest of my body. 3 months later, a colonoscopy, and a new pre/postbiotic regimen and my stomach is SOLID. I have less colds, brain fog is decreased, and I have had 0 colds despite it being cold and flu season + having 3 kids in elementary school. I also was not looking at my LPA — now LDL is at the top of my list for management. As a result I triggered hormone replacement therapy. Since I joined, my VO2Max went from 44 to 46, resting heart rate from 55 to 48, HRV from 33 to 48. Superpower is the dashboard I didn't know I needed.

I'm a medical practice owning PA. Stressful, overworked, but trying to stay sharp and maintain my energy. I did a good job of monitoring baseline labs for years but never looked deeper. I knew I should feel better than I did. I ran a panel from Superpower and the analytics and cross comparison of labs was like nothing I had ever seen on myself. Having these labs done finally allowed me to pull the trigger on some much needed hormone support. Which has drastically improved my energy, performance, and recovery.

Health is a priority for me, especially in the past few years. I am very focused on improving my longevity and healthspan. My results so far have been motivating. I am doing some things well, and have uncovered some areas needing improvement. Lowering my biological age is a big goal of mine.

I've been 'healthy', at least according to wellbeing visits and annual check ups, for a long time. And yet I wasn't sleeping great and surprisingly, my blood sugar was at pre-diabetic ranges. Superpower allowed me to understand where my gaps were and most importantly, how to mend them. I'm sleeping with sleep scores in the 95+ range and with simple awareness and support from Superpower's team, I've reduced the impact of the 'dawn effect' on my blood sugar. Superpower offered the space to understand, learn, change, ask questions, adjust, and ultimately change.

I've spent years navigating women's health across multiple doctors. Despite regular labs, I was always told everything was 'normal,' aside from being labeled anemic and told to take iron. Symptoms like brain fog, digestion issues, and hormone confusion never fully made sense. I joined Superpower because I wanted real answers. Honestly: sad at first. My health score wasn't optimal despite strong habits. But quickly shifted to hope and empowerment. Biggest surprise: I did not have iron deficiency — I had toxic levels of iron and a specific type of anemia where my body can't process iron properly. I had been told to take iron my entire life, which was likely making things worse. The oral estrogen birth control my gynecologist prescribed was completely wrong for my hormones. These were things multiple doctors missed, but Superpower identified immediately. Within three months, my health score improved significantly. As an executive I always say 'you can't manage what you can't measure.' I signed my husband up too.

Before Superpower I have always been active and ate healthy though I was uncertain of what I could do to improve my health. After I got my results, I got clarity on what my next steps were. My favorite part of working with Superpower is the AI that has access to my results and I get to ask it as many questions as needed to get even more clarity! Since joining I have taken the actions and supplements recommended and am feeling stronger, faster and mentally sharper.

I took my first Superpower test because my boyfriend was doing it, so I got FOMO and decided to do it as well. The most important outcome was to learn the impact birth control was having on my body despite feeling great and not having any issues. I've switched my birth control method since then and can't wait until my next Superpower to check how my health is now. My boyfriend has also decided to live a healthier life since he got his results which has had a positive impact in our household.

Before Superpower, I thought I was pretty healthy — I exercised regularly, watched what I ate, and felt fine day to day. But 'fine' turned out to be a low bar. When I got my first results back, I was surprised to discover my cholesterol was higher than it should be, something that runs genetically across my immediate family. Without Superpower, I never would have known this, including all the expansive markers that make up cholesterol and heart health. I've moved from 'I feel healthy' to actually knowing where I stand and what to optimize next.

I joined Superpower because I am seeing a functional MD who requires regular comprehensive labs and the cost is starting to add up. I've loved how comprehensive my results are, and more importantly how they're packaged for me to use with my provider. Being able to see my true biological age, what each biomarker means, what normal and optimal ranges are, and how my results are prioritized has been a game changer. I feel more empowered, more informed. As someone with mold poisoning, being able to monitor my healing journey and progress has been helpful and encouraging.

I felt nervous getting started. People kept thinking I was crazy for wanting to know. I have heard the story that starts with 'if they caught it sooner.' For the most part my results were good, but it showed me that I could be high in blood sugar that can lead to diabetes, which is in my family. I firmly believe if you can know, then there's time to change an outcome.

Before using Superpower, I felt generally healthy based on routine annual physicals. When I first reviewed my Superpower results, I was surprised by how actionable and specific the insights were. The biggest surprise was learning that I was vitamin D deficient despite taking a daily multivitamin. In hindsight, this helped explain why I used to get sick almost every winter. Since making these changes, I've had fewer seasonal illnesses and feel better equipped to make informed decisions about my health.

As a dietitian and personal trainer, health is at the forefront of my daily life. I wanted to make sure that I was living the life I preached. I was surprised by my results because I thought I was healthier. It was enlightening to see some areas that I could make lifestyle changes to improve. Since taking steps to improve these I've noticed shinier hair, less hair loss, and more steady energy levels throughout the day.

Before Superpower, my health felt sort of mysterious and challenging — like something I couldn't fully grasp. Now, I have a window into what makes me tick, and that's real power.

Before joining Superpower, I felt like I had a pretty good handle on my overall health. At the age of 41, I was starting to experience symptoms that I thought may be related to perimenopause — heart palpitations, mood swings, difficulty focusing, forgetfulness, and difficulty recovering from workouts. When I got my results back I was SHOCKED. There were labs that came back abnormal. Turns out I was dealing with Hashimoto's disease and hypothyroidism. Something that had likely been brewing for years but undetected. I was able to take immediate action. My condition is now being treated and all of my symptoms have resolved. I went from feeling like a mean mom, and incapable coworker back to strong, patient, and focused. Superpower certainly saved my health, time and money.

Before Superpower, my health was a blur. The biggest clarity I could find was through lackluster annual physical checks. Now, I truly understand the power of bloodwork and my physician has became all the more powerful due to my newfound knowledge. I was able to find out that I had a Vitamin D deficiency, non-alcohol related fatty liver disorder, high uric acid, and other small kinks in my health that I would have never spotted without intentional bloodwork. I love the vision, the mission, and service. This is the future of health.

I'm not someone who is comfortable going to a doctor. By joining Superpower I sought definitive and quantitative markers of where I'm at and simple advice on how I can make improvements, so I can age gracefully and actually become a better me. Superpower results were personal and comprehensive enough to get me started. I don't have to take a bunch of supplements that I don't need, or guess what's causing my fatigue, sleep disruption or brain fog. It actually helps me spend less money on doctors, drugs and supplements.

I was surprised by the heart health risks and the large particles in my blood.

I was surprised by my B12/folate results, and it felt like the LDL results were a wake up call. I've always felt a bit invincible healthwise, but seeing things that were less than optimal opened my eyes. Knowing I had a clear path forward to take action made me feel comfortable and confident.

I feel more aware of my health and the small things I can do to nudge it towards 'healthier.' I learned that my blood sugar is high in the AM and a small tweak the night before can reduce it. Superpower has made it simple to know and make changes.

I've been on a fitness journey but I started plateauing at the gym and in my muscle gain. I started having a lot of soreness/pain as well and my periods were INTENSE. I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong but Superpower helped. It basically told me: relax a bit. My cortisol levels were high from over-training and underfueling. So I cut back the HIIT workouts from 6x a week to 3 and started doing pilates and running instead. I've felt so much better since.

Prior to joining Superpower, I felt generally pretty good, but I was interested in finding out how to optimize my workouts and also learning what levels in my body were possibly deficient. The results were very interesting and the action plan was very specific and easy to implement. Since I began the recommended plan, I have experienced increased energy levels and more satisfying workouts.

After 3 years of shift work, I felt terrible. Low energy, brain fog, stubborn belly fat, and my primary doc just wanted to throw some statins at me. I went on a search for lab testing that went beyond the standard tests. I settled on Superpower which showed me what was actually causing the issues — hormones were way out of whack. The Superpower recommendations got me on track and after only 2 months I'm down 14 lbs and feel like I've got my health back. Excited for life again!

My Superpower journey started off with a trip to the ER where I got a bunch of 'we don't know' and 'we can't help.' I was suffering horribly and didn't know what to do. After a little bit of searching on the Internet I found Superpower. I had nothing to lose. It was because of Superpower that my problem was discovered, a problem that only occurs with about 5-10% of the population. Now I'm on the road to recovery.

I was feeling extremely fatigued and losing some hair and thought maybe it was my hormones, thyroid, or the start of perimenopause, but I found my iron, ferritin, and vitamin D and K levels were low and surprisingly, my blood sugar has also been off. My functional medicine doctor reviewed all my results and felt he should test my zinc levels which were very low as well. I've begun supplementing and am so relieved to have answers. I feel like I'm getting my life back with energy for my 3 young kids again!

Before Superpower, I felt generally healthy and active, but honestly a bit blind. I exercised a lot and tried to eat well, yet I didn't really know what was happening under the hood. Seeing my results for the first time was eye-opening — cholesterol essentially, and related markers — things I would never have guessed based on how I felt day to day. Since joining Superpower, the biggest change has been clarity. I now make decisions around nutrition, supplements, training, based on real data, not assumptions. It gave me better tools to take care of performance, longevity, and feeling good over the long term.

I work in marketing and for about a year I let go of my health. I went from working out multiple times a week to 0. I gained 30lbs of weight, started to not want to do anything, low energy. Then I started to workout again but I couldn't lose the weight or have the same old energy. At my lowest point I saw the ad for Superpower. I found out my bad cholesterol was high and it was getting out of hand. I took the action plan, took the supplements and started monitoring my habits. Now I dropped 15lbs, feeling way better about just daily life and now becoming active again. Superpower literally changed my life for the better.

I had wanted to do a comprehensive blood testing for a while but the cost was out of reach for me until I found Superpower! I discovered a few things that I thought I had fixed were still out of whack. Now a few months later, and after talking to my doctor, my energy is improved and overall I feel better!

Superpower picked up what the doctors couldn't or wouldn't. The pricing was very reasonable and cheaper than a doctor or dealing with insurance. The plan is awesome and I am gradually implementing it into my life! Highly recommended to all. This is the way health care should be!

I always thought my health was 'good' before taking my first Superpower test. Then my dad had an ischemic stroke. It was a wake-up call that health isn't just about how you look or feel — it's about what's happening inside. One of the contributing factors to his stroke was cholesterol. My first Superpower results changed that. My cholesterol wasn't in the danger zone, but it wasn't where I wanted it either. Since then, I've made targeted changes. Superpower gave me visibility I didn't know I was missing — and probably wouldn't have looked for until it was too late.

Superpower has helped me supercharge my health and longevity journey. I feel empowered to take action today on my health as a result of Superpower's metrics and ongoing support.

Before Superpower, I felt like I was doing 'the right things' for my health, but without real clarity. Seeing my results for the first time was eye-opening. It gave me concrete data instead of assumptions. Since joining Superpower, I feel far more in control of my health. I'm not just reacting anymore; I'm learning how my body works and how to make smarter, more intentional choices.

I have so much more insight on my health and feel empowered by having taken actions to consciously manage my health instead of guessing. I've always had a feeling that my hormones are not balanced. I had a couple blood tests before but wasn't able to figure the root cause. The comprehensive blood test Superpower has plus the AI agent really helped to identify the problem at the root cause and provide action.

Superpower has played a vital role in my journey by eliminating guessing. I felt confident going into testing but found a surprise and am excited to see if I have quashed the issue when I take my follow up test. By having a targeted approach I am able to direct my attention to notable issues.

I'm at a stage of life where fatigue, lethargy, and brain fog are often blamed on hormones shifting. My Superpower test results let me know that my ferritin levels were very low. Within three weeks of taking a supplement I began to feel much more energetic and more clear-headed. I felt that the Superpower test was very comprehensive and the results were easy and interesting to review. I pay out of pocket for my healthcare and found Superpower to be a good value.

After my second child, I was constantly exhausted, anxious, and foggy. I assumed that was just motherhood, so I tried to treat the symptoms — SSRIs for anxiety and depression, and ADHD meds to function through the brain fog. Finally I did a comprehensive blood test with Superpower. For the first time, I checked my ferritin levels and discovered I had severe iron-deficiency anemia. Suddenly, everything clicked. I'm now treating the actual cause, not just the symptoms, and I'm already feeling better.

I was gifted the Superpower membership at such a unique time — I was 20 months postpartum and in the process of weaning my son from breastfeeding with the goal of balancing my hormones so I can be in a healthy place before trying to conceive again. My results were as expected but also such a powerful guide. It helped me feel confident in moving forward because there was no more guessing. My TSH levels were extremely high and I have a history of elevated thyroid levels. Being able to see this also helped me give myself grace because I tend to be really hard on myself for having low energy and mood shifts.

I was really just starting to focus on health more intentionally when I discovered Superpower. Ever since Tim Ferris said he was tracking his blood work systematically a decade ago, I knew this would be something I would do one day. It was just too expensive though. When I saw Shaan Puri post about it on X I not only saw the value, I trusted the recommendation and the price point made it a total no-brainer. Getting my results back was telling. I felt like I had a real report card to work against. The information is not only helpful... it's motivating. What gets measured gets managed.

As a vegetarian who avoids prescription medications, I want to maintain my health naturally. I needed to check for potential vitamin and mineral deficiencies but found the variety of available tests confusing. Superpower made it easy to establish a baseline for my lab work and provided straightforward recommendations to keep my health in the optimal range for the future.

Superpower gave me practical next steps for a condition that I thought I just had to live with and gave me the appropriate supplements to not only feel better but fuel my body with what it needs. Since implementing supplements I have felt more energy, more focus and true peace, knowing that I am giving my body exactly what it needs tailored to my bio individuality. I really enjoyed the AI component. Superpower allowed me to dive in high-level all the way down to a deeper level based on how technical I wanted to go.

I had been feeling low energy and gaining weight. My test results were a wake-up call, especially the triglycerides and LDL cholesterol. Since then, I have made big changes to my nutrition, exercise, sleep, and overall routine, and have lost 25 lbs so far. The insights I gained from Superpower helped me kickstart my health journey.

As a fitness buff and competing athlete at 60, I'm always looking to optimize my overall health and performance. I joined SuperPower Health to get a comprehensive view of my biomarkers to ensure imbalances, insufficiencies or surpluses were highlighted and addressed. I'm also on TRT, so a complete panel was important to me.

I felt okay about my health — I eat fairly well, work out 5x a week, and had labs run by my docs that seemed to be fine. I was actually more surprised to see the 'whole picture' through Superpower with detailed and easy to understand explanations that flagged some areas that I need to bring to the attention of my docs.

Was very eye-opening on a number of fronts. Had no idea how out of whack my iron levels were and have been working to lower them. I also found out that I have some gut issues and have been employing a protocol to help increase bifidobacteria and am excited to retest soon to see if the changes are reflected in my gut. I really do love all the data and services like Superpower are the true future of health.

I felt really good about my health. I work out four times a week. I play in basketball leagues. After seeing my results I was alarmed that I had an elevated lipoprotein(a) score, LDL elevated, HDL elevated. Elevated lipoprotein(a) is a genetic factor that can't be changed by diet and exercise. Having elevated cholesterol scores made it much worse. Since then I've gained a lot of awareness and have completely revamped my diet and seen a cardiologist. Without Superpower I would still be going down the path I was unaware of.

I wanted to take advantage of the blood testing by Superpower. My doctors that review my blood work don't help me with what supplements I can take to feel better. I was surprised that my Superpower age was over how old I currently am. I just ordered the suggested supplements and hope to reduce that age prediction.

2025 was a year of getting sick so often and felt my immune system was very weak, in and out of hospital all year. After I saw my results learning that I had low iron, vitamin D deficiency surprised me because I didn't realize vitamin D was so important for my immune system. It also highlighted issues with my cholesterol. I was also surprised that from my results I'm 2 years older than my biological age. I want to do better for myself.

I've been struggling with my lipids for a long time. My dad had multiple heart attacks really young. I thought I could beat my LDL levels with diet and exercise, but after years of struggling I just couldn't. I took a Superpower panel and it was the push I needed to finally go and get on statins. My lipids went from 163 to 60. No side effects. I'm no longer afraid of eating a little bit of red meat. There's like this massive anxiety that was lifted off of me. Turns out I'm not destined to have a heart attack. Thanks Superpower.

Superpower empowered me to take control of my health and work proactively with my primary care provider.
