At Superpower, we’re committed to resolving concerns quickly, fairly, and transparently. This policy explains how we handle disputes related to your use of our services. Please let us know the web page (URL) of your dispute and the nature.
Binding Arbitration Agreement
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to your use of Superpower services will be resolved by binding arbitration, not in court.
- Arbitration body: American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a similar recognized authority.
- Rules: Consumer Arbitration Rules.
- Location: San Francisco, California (or online, if more convenient).
- Language: English.
Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
Exceptions
This agreement does not prevent either party from:
- Seeking an injunction or equitable relief in court (e.g., to stop unauthorized use of intellectual property).
- Exercising rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Governing Law
This policy, and any disputes under it, are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

It is our belief that if you improve your health, you can improve every other aspect of your life.
However, mainstream medicine has not helped many of us do that.
It is often one size fits all, reacts too late, and misses the full picture.
