So much better than Function Health
I tried Function Health before this and it just felt like a huge data dump without any direction. With Superpower opting into a protocol feels really personalized.
Hormones, thyroid, nutrients, and 90+ more biomarkers — in one blood draw. Built for the symptoms a standard physical can't explain: fatigue, weight changes, mood swings, brain fog, irregular cycles.

Could be thyroid, iron, B12, Vitamin D, or low cortisol — most physicals run none of these together.
Could be thyroid drift, insulin resistance starting, or sex-hormone imbalance.
Could be cortisol patterns, progesterone, or B-vitamin status — not always serotonin.
Could be inflammation, thyroid, B12, or perimenopause hormone shifts.
Could be PCOS markers, thyroid, or sex-hormone imbalance.
Could be testosterone (yes, women need it too), thyroid, or iron stores.
Estradiol, progesterone, DHEA-S, total + free testosterone, SHBG, LH, FSH, prolactin — the panel built around cycle phase, perimenopause, and menopause.
TSH, free T3, free T4, reverse T3, TPO antibodies, thyroglobulin antibodies — what you actually need, not just TSH.
Ferritin, iron, B12, folate, magnesium, omega-3 index, Vitamin D — the deficiencies that hide behind every "normal" CBC.
ApoB, Lp(a), homocysteine, full lipid panel — women's heart disease risk gets under-tested for decades.
hs-CRP, ferritin, GGT, WBC differential — early signals of autoimmune drift.
Immune-cell counts and autoimmune markers — women are 4× more likely to develop autoimmune conditions; we screen early.
Symptoms can show up 7–10 years before menopause itself, and most standard physicals don't run the markers that catch the shift. We run estradiol, progesterone, FSH, LH, DHEA-S, free and total testosterone, SHBG — plus the full thyroid panel — so you can stop guessing what your body's doing.

My doctors said I was all good but I wasn’t. I liked that Superpower explained more specifically to me my health issues especially with hormone imbalance.

I was skeptical but really wanted to get deeper look at my health and my PC wasn’t willing to go this comprehensive. I’ve been so impressed with the entire experience!

They gave me a protocol to follow so I can take control of my health. I have a new workout plan, nutrition and supplement guidance to help me meet my goals. The concierge team is absolutely amazing too!

The amount of blood required was far below competitors. The online marketplace completes the full offering for a one-stop-shop.

If you're tracking estrogen, progesterone, or LH/FSH, yes — we'll send guidance to draw on day 3 or day 21 of your cycle for the most useful read. If you're peri/post-menopausal or on hormonal contraception, cycle timing isn't required.
The standard physical runs about 15 markers — TSH, basic metabolic, lipids. Ours runs all of those plus the full sex-hormone panel (estradiol, progesterone, DHEA-S, total + free testosterone, SHBG, LH, FSH), full thyroid (free T3, free T4, reverse T3, antibodies), and the iron + nutrient markers a standard CBC skips (ferritin, B12, folate, Vitamin D).
Yes. Perimenopause typically starts 7–10 years before menopause itself, and the early signals show up in cycle-phase hormone changes long before symptoms get severe. We run the markers that catch the shift early — when lifestyle and protocol can still make a difference.
No. We work with a national network of partner physicians who issue the lab requisition on your behalf when you join.
We'll still run the panel — and a Superpower physician will interpret your results in the context of pregnancy or hormonal contraception. Note that estradiol/progesterone readings shift significantly in both, so the markers we focus on for plan-building will be different.
Yes. The $199 annual membership is HSA/FSA eligible.
Pricing is $400/year plus a mandatory $99 at-home draw fee in New York and New Jersey, due to state lab regulations. Same panel, same care team.
