Nav Sekhon is the Research Lead at Superpower. With a background in journalism spanning roles in healthcare to law, finance, food & wine, entertainment, sports, and lifestyle, she believes in one thing over all else: sharing the truth.

As social media and media outlets continue to share information with either unproven or manipulated facts, she prioritizes a journalist’s oath to provide the best possible education to the public. And that’s the goal of Superpower’s content.

Nav holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. At Superpower, her role encompasses both fact-checking our content and writing and researching newsletters. Her editorial process involves learning as much as possible about a topic, relying on not only published studies but also Superpower’s own research from our accomplished scientists, and turning that into digestible, relevant content for everyone who visits our site.
