100+ biomarkers reveal how gluten affects your inflammation, nutrient absorption, and immune activation. $199/yr.

I always trusted doctors. And so when I would go to the doctor and they would say everything looks fine, I believed them. Superpower showed me what they were missing.

The Superpower Baseline Panel is already comprehensive.
It covers 10 times more biomarkers than a typical annual physical.
The Advanced Panel is designed to go deeper, with three scenarios in particular.
Individuals with family history of heart disease, unresolved symptoms, or a desire to understand inflammation and hormone health especially benefit from testing.

Blood tests for gluten intolerance check for celiac antibodies (tTG-IgA, EMA) and inflammation markers. If celiac antibodies are negative but you still react to gluten, blood work can reveal gluten-related inflammation through hs-CRP, nutrient malabsorption (low iron, ferritin, vitamin D, B12), and immune activation (elevated WBC). Superpower tests inflammation, nutrients, and immune markers alongside 100+ biomarkers for $199/year.
Celiac disease is an autoimmune condition where gluten triggers your immune system to attack your small intestine - it shows specific antibodies in blood tests. Non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS) causes similar symptoms (bloating, fatigue, brain fog) but without celiac antibodies. Both can cause nutrient malabsorption and inflammation visible on blood work, even when celiac tests are negative.
Yes. Even without celiac antibodies, gluten sensitivity shows up in blood work through inflammation (elevated hs-CRP), nutrient deficiencies from malabsorption (low iron, ferritin, vitamin D, B12, folate), anemia (low hemoglobin on CBC), and liver enzyme changes. These patterns suggest your body is reacting to something - and combined with symptoms after eating gluten, they support a gluten sensitivity diagnosis.
