BPC-157 (injection)
BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide based on a protein found in human gastric juice. Tendons and ligaments may heal slowly if they get little blood flow. In animal studies, BPC-157 increased blood vessel growth into injured tissue. Your clinician sets the plan and reviews your monthly check-ins.
- Studied in animal models of tendon and ligament injury
- Research explores its role in repair-cell and blood vessel signaling
- BPC-157, prescribed by a licensed clinician after assessment
- Prepared by a licensed US pharmacy
- 40+ biomarker blood panel included
Compounded BPC-157 is not FDA-approved. A patient-specific prescription is required. Eligibility is determined by a licensed clinician after reviewing your intake and labs. BPC-157 is not available in all 50 states. Not HSA/FSA eligible.
A 15-amino-acid repair peptide based on a protein found in human gastric juice. It has been studied widely for over 30 years in tissue-repair research, with limited evidence in human-based trials.
Many peptides sold online are labelled “research use only”. BPC-157 is only prescribed after an assessment with a Superpower clinician, before it’s prepared by a licensed pharmacy.
A small injection under the skin. If prescribed, you will be provided clear instructions for starting, and your clinician is there for any questions along the way.

Built on decades of repair research

BPC‑157 is a peptide being researched for its potential role in tissue repair. Superpower’s current program focuses on musculoskeletal and soft-tissue concerns assessed by a clinician. Research in people is still limited, and its safety and effectiveness have not been established.
The program is intended for adults with a specific injury or musculoskeletal concern affecting pain, movement or everyday function. Your clinician will review your diagnosis, previous treatments and a measurable goal, such as walking, climbing stairs or lifting more comfortably. Whether BPC‑157 is prescribed depends on your individual clinical assessment.
BPC‑157 is being studied for tissue repair, but a healing benefit in humans has not been established. It should not replace physical therapy, appropriate diagnostic testing or other established treatments. Your clinician will consider these options as part of your overall care plan.
Superpower’s current injectable BPC‑157 program focuses on clinically assessed musculoskeletal and soft-tissue concerns. Gut health, anti-aging, general wellness and performance enhancement are outside the current program’s scope.
The current protocol involves injections under the skin on five days each week, followed by two days off. Your clinician will confirm your exact dose and schedule. If you aren’t noticing improvement, the next step is to review your treatment plan. The protocol does not include increasing the dose simply because the response has been limited.
Your clinician may accept a complete blood count (CBC) and comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP) from the past 12 months. If suitable results aren’t available, you’ll need to complete the initial panel within 60 days of prescription approval. You’ll also complete symptom check-ins every four weeks. During continued treatment, the protocol includes repeat CBC/CMP bloodwork every six months, plus any additional testing your clinician recommends.
Human safety data are limited, so the full range of potential side effects and long-term risks is not yet known. Possible concerns include reactions to the peptide or other ingredients, complications from injections and risks associated with compounded medications. Your clinician will review your health history and explain these uncertainties before deciding whether treatment is appropriate. Let your care team know promptly if you develop any new symptoms.
If you miss a dose, resume your prescribed schedule without doubling up. Keep to your prescribed dose unless your clinician advises otherwise. If you’re not improving, your clinician will reassess your diagnosis, your progress toward your functional goal and whether the treatment plan needs to change.
The price is $149 per month. Eligible launch participants also receive a complimentary first-year Superpower membership and an initial peptide bloodwork panel.
